These terms cover use of the CreateKAE website, the Deal Check, and a request to book a call. CreateKAE is operated by CreateKAE LLC, 3566 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Lynwood, CA 90262.
Not financial advice
Deal Check output is an illustration from assumption set 2026-10-14.1. It is not financial, tax, legal, lending, or investment advice. It is not an appraisal, a valuation, a loan decision, or a promise of a price, a closing, or an approval. The interest-rate default is an SBA-style placeholder, not a quoted rate. Examples on the site are hypothetical. Past operating results do not guarantee a future sale.
CreateKAE is a consulting firm. It is not a business broker, a lender, a law firm, or an accounting firm. It does not list businesses for sale, solicit buyers, or negotiate price. Work sits alongside your broker, CPA, attorney, and lender.
Success fees, where an engagement includes them, are subject to legal review before they are offered. A fee tied to a sale price can fall under state business-broker or securities rules, and the structure may differ by state.
The site and the tools
You may use the public pages and the Deal Check for your own business. Do not submit someone else's personal information unless you have their permission. Do not misuse the forms, attempt to break the site, or send automated submissions.

SMS program terms
If you opt in to the CreateKAE text messaging program, the SMS Terms and Conditions apply and are part of these Terms. In short: texts are optional, message frequency varies, Msg & data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No warranty
The site is provided as available. We do not warrant that a calculator result, a page, or a message will be error-free, complete, or delivered on a particular schedule. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CreateKAE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or a lost sale, that arise from use of the site, the Deal Check, or a text message. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service the claim concerns. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date.
