Information we collect
The Deal Check teaser and the readiness score run in your browser. Those numbers are not sent to CreateKAE unless you submit the report form or the booking form. This browser may keep a copy in session storage so a refresh, or the booking page, can restore the inputs. Clearing the session removes that copy.
The report form asks for your name, email, phone, business name, and listing status, plus the deal inputs on the page. The booking form asks for your name, email, asking price, listing status, and timeline. Phone and business name are optional on the booking form unless you agree to texts. A hidden field is used to drop automated submissions.
Mobile information and text messaging (CreateKAE)
Texts are optional. The consent box on the Deal Check form and the booking form starts unchecked. The words next to the box are: I agree to receive text messages from CreateKAE at the number provided about my inquiry, appointments, and follow-ups. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
If you check it, we store the phone number you entered, that you agreed, and the time you checked it. If you do not check it, we do not store a consent timestamp. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We use your mobile number only to send the messages described in the SMS Terms: appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to inquiries, and deal-check and booking follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Our text messaging provider and the carriers that deliver the messages process them for us. They are not permitted by us to use your mobile information for their own marketing.
How we use information
We use form submissions to reply about the inquiry you described, to schedule a call, and, only if you opted in, to send the texts listed above. We do not sell personal information.
A submission may be sent to a webhook or an email inbox we operate so we can read it. Those tools process the message for us. They are not a marketing list.
Retention
We keep a submission for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of text consent. Email support@createkae.com to ask us to delete an inquiry. A deletion request does not by itself unsubscribe a phone number; reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to submissions to the people who need them to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at support@createkae.com or 949-602-7794.
Children
The site is for business owners and brokers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the date above. The Terms cover use of the site and the SMS Terms cover the text program.
