These terms describe the CreateKAE text messaging program (the "Program"), operated by CreateKAE LLC, 3566 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Lynwood, CA 90262. By opting in, you agree to these terms, the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Program description

The CreateKAE Program is a low-volume text program for people who contact us through createkae.com. It lets us text you about your own inquiry, booking, or Deal Check request.

Types of messages

We do not send promotional or marketing texts through this Program. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional text-message box on the Deal Check form or the booking form and submitting the form. The box starts unchecked. The consent statement next to the box reads: "I agree to receive text messages from CreateKAE at the number provided about my inquiry, appointments, and follow-ups. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy." Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can see a Deal Check report and book a call without checking the box.

If you previously opted out, you can opt back in by texting START or YES to the number that texted you.

Opt out

You can cancel the Program at any time. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts from the Program.
